Brass pipe / copper tubing bending is a process that involves metalworking and pipe processing. Brass tubing  is widely used in piping systems due to its good ductility, electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance.

There are three common methods for bending brass pipes:

Manual bending method: This method is suitable for brass pipes with thin diameter and wall thickness. The specific operation is to fix the brass tube to a bending die, and then use hand tools to bend the tube into the desired arc shape. This method requires a certain amount of skill and patience, but it can achieve more precise bending results.
Mechanical Bending Method: This method uses a tube bender with a motor drive to bend large diameter, thick-walled brass tubes into the desired shape quickly and accurately. Pipe benders are usually equipped with different bending dies to accommodate pipes of different diameters and shapes. This method is highly efficient and suitable for mass production or where a large number of bends are required.
Heat bending method: This method uses a torch or soldering iron to bend the brass tube after heating it to a certain temperature. Heating can make brass tubes more malleable, making it easier to bend. However, this method requires controlling the heating temperature to avoid damage to the brass tube. In addition, the heat bending method can easily damage the surface of brass tubes, so it needs to be used with care.
